Charming small hotel atmosphere.
I regret to say that my experience was quite disappointing. The reception staff were not only unhelpful but also rude, which made our stay uncomfortable. On our last day, they wouldn't allow even a cup of tea before our departure, which added to our frustration.

great service , but pillows need attention
The staff were remarkably friendly with genuine smiles the entire time. The breakfast spread was ample, featuring a delightful variety of fresh options. The room's sea view captivated me each morning, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking.

The staff was incredibly attentive, offering helpful advice for exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast featured freshly prepared dishes, providing a satisfying start to each day. Although certain streets leading to main attractions involved a steep climb, the hotel's location allowed for easy access to the Grand Bazaar and metro station. The daily cleaning service ensured a comfortable environment, although the breakfast menu was repetitive during the stay.
